Payment

Payment in full is required before order is shipped. There are no cancellations once an order is received and confirmed. A credit card approval is required before an order is produced.

Payment can be made by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Orders will be processed after the credit card approval.

Delivery Timeline

Because you can customize which pattern variation you want within each series, orders typically take 6 to 8 weeks to produce, unless inventory is readily available. Orders placed after October 31 can take longer due to holiday season production schedules. Shipping is typically an additional five business days by ground.

Shipping

All domestic shipping is FedEx ground, unless otherwise specified. Shipping rates are based on weight, dimensions, ship-to location and insured value of package. Prices will be quoted after the order is verified and confirmed. There is a 5% handling fee for packaging.

We are able to ship to other addresses than the billing address. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

We will ship orders to addresses outside the US. The actual cost of shipping and any applicable duties will be billed directly to the buyer's credit card. Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We do not except returns unless items have been damaged in shipping. Please refer to terms and conditions for damaged items.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your purchase and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. If for some reason there should be damage or a defect, please notify us immediately by email so that we may rectify the situation. We will need photographic documentation of the damage, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, along with a written description sent via email to five zero (fivezero_info@yahoo.com). We insure all of our goods and will handle the claim process once the documentation has been received at five zero within the required timeline.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. California sales tax is 9%. We do not charge tax on items leaving California. Buyers purchasing goods in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
